Data we process

Business contact details, company details, message content and email metadata you send to us; technical website data such as IP address, request time, URL, browser and device information; your local analytics-consent choice; and analytics events if you accept Google Analytics.

Purposes and legal bases

We process inquiries for pre-contractual discussions under Article 6(1)(b), run and secure the website under Article 6(1)(f), keep records where required under Article 6(1)(c), and use analytics only with consent under Article 6(1)(a).

Legitimate interests

Where we rely on Article 6(1)(f), our interests are website security, abuse prevention, service continuity, and responding to business inquiries in a proportionate way.

Analytics

Google Analytics only loads after you accept analytics. If accepted, it may process page views, referrer, approximate location, device and browser information, and interaction events for measurement. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled. Google tag ID: G-B6H90YNXT4.

Recipients

Recipients may include website hosting and security providers, email service providers, professional advisers, authorities where required, and Google if you accept analytics. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where there is no adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as EU standard contractual clauses or another GDPR transfer mechanism. You may request information about relevant safeguards.

Retention

Non-client inquiry emails are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a relationship, legal obligation, or dispute record requires longer. Website security logs we control are kept for up to 90 days unless needed for investigation. Your local consent choice remains until you change it or clear browser storage. Analytics events are retained for up to 14 months.

Required or optional

You do not have to provide personal data to browse this site. If you email us, we need enough information to understand and reply to the inquiry. Analytics is optional and the site remains usable if you reject it.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing, and withdraw analytics consent where GDPR gives you those rights. We may need to verify your identity and normally respond within one month.

Complaint route

You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or another competent supervisory authority.

Automated decisions

This website does not use automated decision-making or profiling.
